Incubator Manager
Training Program
About The Program
The Nexus Startups Hub, one of the premier business incubators in New Delhi, will conduct a series of workshops for incubator managers. Through the Incubator Manager Training Program (IMT), selected participants from around the country can learn international best practices in planning, launching, running and growing an incubator. Over two days, our U.S. and international experts will give you operational tools and strategies to run a successful incubator for your startups and stakeholders.
The IMT program imparts insights on building blocks of successful incubation. The mission of the Incubator Manager Training Program is to:
-
Understand the economic aspects of running and growing a successful incubator
-
Establish highly-leveraged incubation networks of stakeholders and mentors
-
Sustain incubation programs in the long run
-
Develop an innovation-based economic process
-
Train managers to understand startups' needs and provide relevant services
IMT is being conducted by the Nexus Startup Hub in partnership with the U.S. State Department and ACIR.
Over the 2-days, our American and international experts will provide managers key concepts and best practices of setting up and managing an incubator. The workshop will help managers assess the need of their stakeholders and startups, understand how to manage finances, equip them to build a support network, how to market their incubator and to select the right startups.
Are you a manager looking for help to take your incubator to the next level? Then this workshop is for you!
